Hi I’m Kristen Maple, Global Certified Aroma Freedom Practitioner, Creative, and Inner Transformation Guide.
I have spent the last 25+ years in the creative, spiritual and personal development space in an effort to overcome my own limitations when it came to showing up fully for the things I knew deep down I was created for.
I tried everything I could find in order to step into my purpose, from expensive coaches, courses, meditation, breath work, religion, spirituality, energy work, therapy, 12 steps, visualization, prayer and more...but it wasn’t until I discovered the tools I share with you in Finding Freedom that I was finally able to break free from my internal prison and experience lasting, significant transformation internally and externally in my life.
My entire world opened up when I released the subconscious lies I was believing about who I was and what I was and was not worthy or capable achieving. It was through this work that I found my true authentic self, not the me created and molded from what the world thought I should be.
It is my mission to help you get your power back and experience the peace, confidence and willingness to do the scary things that truly light you up. It is my honor to help you align with a life that sets your soul on fire. The world needs your gifts.
